Teaching Vacancies

If you are interested in applying to be a teacher at A2Z please send your CV with a cover letter to jobs@a2z-english.com or a2zschool@gmail.com  There are two kinds of vacancy, full time and part time. Please only apply if you are a native speaker of English.

All applicants for full time work must have either a CELTA or TESOL qualification, be a native speaker of English and be currently resident within daily traveling distance of Manchester. Full time teachers usually have a written contract with a guaranteed number of hours. Approximately two thirds of lessons are Callan Method and the remaining third are Traditional "communicative" lessons.

Part time work is available in the evening or at weekends. For these vacancies no teaching qualification is necessary, though experience of drama or performing arts is an advantage. You should be a confident and positive person.

Pay is negotiable, but starts at £10 per hour. Applications from newly qualified teachers are welcome.

After we receive your CV we will invite you to come and watch a class and have an informal interview. If you are successful we will have a training session (Approximately 10 hours paid at £7 per hour) and if you are successful in the training this will be followed by paid work.
