You must come to school for at least 80% of the course or the school must inform the government that you are absent. Can I work with a student visa? How much? In the UK anyone with a Student Visa can work for 20 hours a week and full time in their holiday. The minimum wage is about £5.50 an hour. There are many jobs in Manchester.
