Accommodation and Airport transfer Terms and Conditions

Accommodation conditions

1. An accommodation finding fee of £50 applies for each search and is non-refundable.
2. Normally a minimum of 1 weeks notice is needed in order to arrange appropriate accommodation.
3. We cannot guarantee that the selection available will suit student’s needs exactly in terms of location etc.
4. A booking is confirmed ONLY when full payment is received or proof of bank transfer payment has been received by A2Z.
5. In the event that you cancel your accommodation before you come to the UK, you must give at least two weeks notice in writing, before the start date of your accommodation booking. This can be done by fax, email or post.
6. If we do not receive at least two weeks notice in writing from you, the first two weeks accommodation fees are not refundable.
7. If you are unhappy with your accommodation, when you first arrive please do not worry. It is usually possible to arrange something else for you. We suggest that you stay in your accommodation until you can speak to the A2Z accommodation agent on the next working day.
8. If a student wants to change the starting date of their accommodation, at least two weeks’ notice in writing must be given to the school.
9. Host families with whom students are placed are not necessarily British, however English is the language spoken in the home.
10. Students are liable for any damage they cause to the host family's property.
11. Students are expected to respect and abide by the host family's reasonable schedule and house rules. Failure to do so may result in the student being removed from the accommodation.
12. If a student is removed from his/her homestay accommodation, no refund will be given.

Airport meeting conditions

1. You must provide accurate arrival information: date, airport, airline, terminal number, flight number and arrival time. This is very important.
2. It is the student's responsibility to inform the School of accurate arrival details. If incorrect details are supplied, A2Z will not refund charges should the student not be met.
