Although the school makes every effort to run the courses advertised, we reserve the right to change course times and postpone courses. Students who pay for classes at a discount rate will not be able to choose the time of day they study.  In addition;

a. English as a Foreign Language;
A2Z Will decide the level of your class and the type of your class. If your teachers decide that your level is not high enough you will be moved to a class at a lower level. Before paying, students should confirm that the courses they intend to study are available.

b. Other Courses
If you decide to enrol on a course please make sure you have the necessary qualifications. A list of entry criteria for each course can be obtained from the reception of the school. If you have passed an examination in English Language or in subject pertaining to your entry requirements please bring the certificate to prove your achievement. We will take a copy of this for your course tutor.

2. Changing Your Class

You can change class whenever you want if: a) there is a place available in the new class.
b) you have already studied up to the level of the new class.

3. Attendance

Students with a student visa are advised that they must attend 80% of their lessons by law. Students on long courses can take a holiday of two days per month of study. All holidays must be arranged in advance (at the latest in the week before the holiday is taken) in order for credit to be given to the student. Students who do not attend regularly may be required to change class.

Any student who has not attended a class for five days will be automatically removed from the register. They will have to register again at Reception and may not be able to go back to the same class if it is full. Any student who fails to attend for more than 2 weeks without good reason and/or without evidence to prove such a reason, wil be reported to the Border and Immigration Agency.
Visa students are not permitted to study in the evenings (After 18.30) or at weekends.

You must pay for your course before you attend. If you are paying by bank transfer your will also have to pay the bank charges and must tell the bank that you will be paying. In extreme cases (death in the family for example) courses can be postponed indefinitely. No transfer of courses in whole or in part is possible. We do not allow the transfer of credit from one student to another.

5. Conduct

For this reason, we can only allow students to study on exam courses if they have an appropriate level of English, of for non English subjects a realistic chance of passing the exam in the given time. This will be decided by the school.

7. Overseas Enrolments, payment by Instalment and Enrolment Letters

The school will provide a letter to say that you have enrolled for your course only when payment has been received in full or a minimum deposit of £250 has been received.
If a deposit is made the final cost of the course will be higher.
You may pay by in instalments, as long as this is agreed with the school adminstration staff beforehand. Students who pay by instalment will usually also pay a higher price.
Agency students may not normally pay by instalment.
If paying by instalments you will be given a payment schedule. If you cannot pay on the date when the money is due, contact the school to rearrange. Consistent defaulting will result in the student being expelled and the Border and Immigration Agency will be informed that you are no longer able to attend College.
