The Student Visitor Visa is a good choice if you want to come for less than 6 months. 

• If you want to study for more than 6 months you should apply for an extended student visitor visa.
• To get this kind of visa you need to buy a course. We will then send you a letter. You can use this to support your application.

• If you are a "Visa National" then you need to apply for an Student Visitor Visa before you come to the UK.
• If you are not a "Visa National" then you can ask for an Student Visitor Visa when you arrive at the UK airport, just present your school letter and ask the immigration officer to write "SVV" with a pen on your visitor visa stamp.
