A2Z School of English provides English language classes for adults. The company is currently looking for Country Developer Franchise Owners to expand the brand into countries and territories worldwide. This is a management opportunity so franchise owners will not need teaching experience, nor will they be required to teach classes themselves. 

Instead the franchise owner will be responsible for establishing a flagship location in their country and then, working to an agreed business plan, establish additional schools within their territory. 

As part of the franchise package all A2Z School of English franchise owners are provided with comprehensive training in all aspects of the business. This will include a thorough induction in A2Z School of English business operations, proprietary materials and business development strategies. 

While no direct educational experience is needed, franchise owners will need to have a successful track record in business management and development. They will also be highly professional, motivated, organised and articulate, with excellent people and relationship skills.
