More native speakers

Manchester has a much higher proportion of native English speakers than London.

This makes it an excellent place to learn English.

One estimate states that more than 50% of people in London do not speak English as their first language, while in Manchester this figure is something like 15%.

Unless you live in the countryside it is always possible to find someone who speaks your language in the UK, but living in a city where there are more British people will make it easier to avoid spending your time speaking your own language.

By choosing to study English in Manchester you will get the thrill of living in a big city but the opportunity to speak English every day and avoid your own language!
